Videography DVD Order Delivery- Please read your order form for delivery method (either delivered to your school or mailed).  

Delivery of DVDs to schools- When DVDs are delivered to your school the music teacher distributes the DVD to your student.  We provide a list to the music teacher of all the orders. Each teacher will either initial or have the student sign for their DVD. It’s the student’s responsibility to bring their DVD home once they receive it.  In the event your DVD wasn’t received on the delivery date indicated on the DVD order form, please call Innovative Images at 281.531.5269 or email us innoimages@gmail.com      We will research DVD orders up to 60 days after the scheduled DVD delivery date. After that a new DVD can be purchased.   

 

DVDs or Dance photo packages mailed to your home:

In the event your DVD wasn’t received on the delivery date indicated on the DVD or photo package order form, please call Innovative Images at 281.531.5269 or email us innoimages@gmail.com      We will research your order up to 60 days after the scheduled  delivery date. After that a new DVD or photo package may be purchased.   

Ordering a DVD after the performance date deadline- DVDs may be ordered up to 90 days after a performance at the higher price indicated on the DVD form. Why the higher price? We manufacture DVDs to match the orders that were received on the performance date for efficiency and storage issues.
